I fell in love with running in Nanyuki because of the beauty that the landscape offers and the endless trails! I chose to share this particular run which I did for my 30th birthday on 3rd December, 30 years, 30KM.
The run starts at Gulf petrol station, the entry point landmark to the forest is William Holden wildlife foundation (Kanyoni)
