I am sharing this 3.5km loop since I use it as a way to gauge my fitness level as the course is mostly flat. It is also an ideal place to work on those epic PRs. There is minimal traffic on this route freeing you the runner to simply focus on your run. The ideal place to start this route is from 215 Karen Gardens, you can then do the loop clockwise or anticlockwise.
